Do you know the reasons of aging? Are you concerned about healthy aging?
Let’s think differently.
Aging may be caused by two major factors such as biological process and life transactions. We may try to delay the process of aging or ensure healthy aging by adopting different approaches using our existing resources. It may be a possible approach to manipulate our activities or food intake pattern similar to those that we liked most in different stages of life (1). These may reduce our stress and regulate our good hormonal activities by recalling (2, 3) good memories of our past life (4,5,6).
Does research evidence support it?
Let’s discuss in detail:
It is observed that memory recall particularly the positive one related to different experiences in different stages of life may make one-person pleasant by the regulatory effect on the restorative and protective functions on brain (7,8,9,10). Thus, one may improve the quality and standards of life (11,12).
