Are you happy in enjoying both family and personal life equally? Have you ever thought about it? What could be the reason behind this?

Let’s think differently to balance your activities to use your energy from foods rationally just like using a car.  If you have fixed amounts of fuel and if you plan to use all in a specific ride or drive, then you may have two options for a new or next ride or travel: Refill the tank and start for a new ride or cancel all rides. Similarly, keeping the dynamic approaches of your activities, you need to refuel your body by continued consumptions of foods based on the organ used (Such as brain, muscle, eye, etc.) (1). So, keep continue eating food and specific nutrients to enjoy different activates or enjoy limited or multiple activities using fixed or limited supply of foods as well as nutrients to the body (2,3,4).

Our body need some rest (5) as it is involved in different activities that may be mild, moderate or heavy levels of work intensity (6). The types, intensity and duration of physical activity will decide the amount of fuel used (7,8,9,10,11). So, you are the deciding factors of using you stored fuel or new supply of fuel such as a charged mobile phone or charger bank (12,13,14). We also need to focus on some of the foods and nutrients that may help you to get refreshed by reducing the unwanted particles from your body or repair or healing or building your body to make you more active and well participated (15,16).

You may have a gradual trend of increased demands of activities in personal and professional life. If it is too difficult to complete all happily and easily, you need to prioritize, reduce and balance those to reduce your stress level as well you manage your health. That may help to manage different metabolic diseases and ensure healthy aging. Let’s enjoy your life and ensure the quality and standers of livings. So, healthy use of energy derived from foods may be good options to enjoy a happy and healthy life (17,18,19,20,21,22,23).
