It’s better to buy individual items than composite as promoting and selling on social media. If one thing is contaminated, the others are also contaminated. So, don’t make yourself vulnerable by consuming costly but contaminated foods online or in stores.

If you like the product, then it is better to prepare it at home after buying individual and fresh items separately (online/in-store) and mixing them together before consumption. It would be wise to prepare the food in lesser amounts when needed. Thus, you may reduce the risks of contamination of prepared foods at home. At the same time, if needed use other techniques of food preservation such as refrigeration, freezing, heating, drying, etc. to keep it fresh and edible. As a result, you may have less fear of consumption of contaminated foods. Moreover, you might get more nutritious foods compared to available foods in the markets.
